- Add the vanilla ice cream, maple syrup, ground cinnamon, and milk to the blender.
- Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth, thick, and has a uniform consistency with some tiny frozen bits remaining.
- Pause and check the texture; if it’s too thick, add a splash more milk and blend briefly again.
- Pour the frozen mixture into tall glasses, allowing it to fill about three-quarters full.
- Optionally, sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon on top for extra aroma and visual appeal.
- Insert a straw or serve with a spoon and enjoy immediately for the best icy crunch and velvety texture.
Notes
For an extra icy crunch, freeze the glasses beforehand. Adjust sweetness by varying maple syrup to taste.
