Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream smooth and creamy
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup for sweetness and depth
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon adds warmth and aroma
  • 1/4 cup milk to help blend smoothly

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Tall glasses
  • Straw or spoon

Method

  1. Add the vanilla ice cream, maple syrup, ground cinnamon, and milk to the blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth, thick, and has a uniform consistency with some tiny frozen bits remaining.
  3. Pause and check the texture; if it’s too thick, add a splash more milk and blend briefly again.
  4. Pour the frozen mixture into tall glasses, allowing it to fill about three-quarters full.
  5. Optionally, sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon on top for extra aroma and visual appeal.
  6. Insert a straw or serve with a spoon and enjoy immediately for the best icy crunch and velvety texture.

Notes

For an extra icy crunch, freeze the glasses beforehand. Adjust sweetness by varying maple syrup to taste.
