Ingredients

  • 1 bottle rosé wine chilled
  • Ice cubes ice cubes enough to fill blender

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Measuring cups and spoons

Method

  1. Add the chilled rosé wine and a generous amount of ice cubes into the blender.
  2. Secure the lid on the blender and pulse a few times to start breaking down the ice.
  3. Blend the mixture on high speed until the ice is completely crushed and the drink has a smooth, slushy consistency, about 20-30 seconds.
  4. Check the texture; if it's too thick, you can add a splash more rosé and blend briefly again to loosen it.
  5. Pour the slushie into chilled glasses, allowing the icy mixture to mound slightly above the rim.
  6. Serve immediately with a straw or a garnish such as a fresh berry or a sprig of mint for added color and aroma.

Notes

For a sweeter twist, add a splash of simple syrup before blending. You can also freeze flavored fruits and add them into the mixture for extra flavor.
