- Add the chilled rosé wine and a generous amount of ice cubes into the blender.
- Secure the lid on the blender and pulse a few times to start breaking down the ice.
- Blend the mixture on high speed until the ice is completely crushed and the drink has a smooth, slushy consistency, about 20-30 seconds.
- Check the texture; if it's too thick, you can add a splash more rosé and blend briefly again to loosen it.
- Pour the slushie into chilled glasses, allowing the icy mixture to mound slightly above the rim.
- Serve immediately with a straw or a garnish such as a fresh berry or a sprig of mint for added color and aroma.
Notes
For a sweeter twist, add a splash of simple syrup before blending. You can also freeze flavored fruits and add them into the mixture for extra flavor.
