Method
- Measure out the milk, sweet syrup, heavy cream, and ice, and set them aside.
- Add the milk into the blender, followed by the sweet syrup and heavy cream.
- Next, add the ice on top of the liquids in the blender.
- Secure the lid on the blender and start blending on low speed, gradually increasing to high until the mixture starts to become smooth and frosty.
- Continue blending for about 30-60 seconds, or until the mixture is velvety and slushy with no large ice chunks remaining.
- Pour the milkshake slushie into glasses, and serve immediately for the best icy texture.
Notes
For variation, add fresh berries or a dash of cocoa powder before blending. Adjust sweetness by varying the syrup amount.
