Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups milk preferably whole milk for creaminess
  • 2 tablespoons sweet syrup such as chocolate, strawberry, or raspberry
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream for richness and smoothness
  • 3 cups ice crushed or cubed, frozen

Method
 

  1. Measure out the milk, sweet syrup, heavy cream, and ice, and set them aside.
  2. Add the milk into the blender, followed by the sweet syrup and heavy cream.
  3. Next, add the ice on top of the liquids in the blender.
  4. Secure the lid on the blender and start blending on low speed, gradually increasing to high until the mixture starts to become smooth and frosty.
  5. Continue blending for about 30-60 seconds, or until the mixture is velvety and slushy with no large ice chunks remaining.
  6. Pour the milkshake slushie into glasses, and serve immediately for the best icy texture.

Notes

For variation, add fresh berries or a dash of cocoa powder before blending. Adjust sweetness by varying the syrup amount.
