- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Form the ground beef into four equal-sized patties, pressing a slight indentation in the center of each to help them cook evenly.
- Season the patties generously with salt and pepper on both sides. Place them onto the hot grill or skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, until they develop a nice brown crust and are cooked through.
- In the last minute of cooking, top each patty with a slice of cheddar cheese to let it melt slightly over the beef.
- While the burgers cook, fry the bacon until crispy, then drain on paper towels. Toast the burger buns lightly on the grill or in a toaster oven to add some crunch.
- Assemble each burger by placing a cheesy beef patty on the bottom bun. Top with a strip of crispy bacon and position two edible eyes on the cheese to create a monster face. Add more eye candies or candy dots for pupils to complete the look.
- Finish by placing the top bun on each burger. Serve immediately to enjoy the crispy bacon, melted cheese, and spooky decorations.
Notes
Have fun with decorating! You can customize the eyes and facial features for different monsters.
