Method
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl and mash until smooth but still slightly chunky.
- Add the chopped cilantro, lime juice, minced garlic, and salt to the mashed avocados. Mix well until all ingredients are combined and the guacamole is creamy.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Stack the corn tortillas and cut them into bat-shaped silhouettes using a cookie cutter or stencil. Arrange the cut chips on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake the tortilla chips in the oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
- Remove the chips from the oven and let them cool slightly. Transfer the guacamole to a serving bowl.
- Arrange the bat-shaped tortilla chips around the guacamole on a serving platter for a spooky presentation. Serve immediately.
Notes
For an extra festive touch, decorate the guacamole with small carved vegetable eyes or serve with additional Halloween-themed decor.
