  • 3 ripe avocados pitted and peeled
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 corn tortillas corn tortillas for chips

Method
 

  1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl and mash until smooth but still slightly chunky.
  2. Add the chopped cilantro, lime juice, minced garlic, and salt to the mashed avocados. Mix well until all ingredients are combined and the guacamole is creamy.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Stack the corn tortillas and cut them into bat-shaped silhouettes using a cookie cutter or stencil. Arrange the cut chips on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake the tortilla chips in the oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
  6. Remove the chips from the oven and let them cool slightly. Transfer the guacamole to a serving bowl.
  7. Arrange the bat-shaped tortilla chips around the guacamole on a serving platter for a spooky presentation. Serve immediately.
